The domain
Clos Saint Maur

The Clos Saint-Maur estate has a surface area of 30 hectares of vines in the Saumur and Anjou appellation area. The harvest is carried out mechanically with respect for the plant and the grape.

From the press to the vat, the Roulleau family uses all its know-how to obtain the desired wine.

Under the domain, two kilometers of galleries are dug in the tufa. The constant temperature of 14°C in the cellar allows the wine to blossom and reveal itself.
